Use of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.kinkymatters.com website (the “Service”) operated by Kinky Matters Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions of service. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Returns and Refunds

We appreciate you shopping with us, but we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed. You can however request for an exchange( you must pay the difference if prices change), or change an order before it is shipped.

Once an item has already been shipped, we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds. We do however, make exceptions to damaged products if the customer can prove with supporting images. 

If you believe your product is damaged you can report this with supporting images and receipts to info@kinkymatters.com and once verified, you can return the product and get a full refund.







Our delivery options vary depending on your location, and we work with different courier companies to ensure the best option for you. 


Delivery within Greater Accra-  1-3 Working Days.


Outside Accra - 3-5 Working Days. 


Deliveries outside Ghana are handled  by a third party courier company.


International Shipping Policy

We work with the best international courier companies to ensure you get your products in time and in the best condition possible.


You must indicate the correct address and all other important information at checkout. 


We will not be responsible for mistakes you make in filling out these details.


Once your order has been shipped, should there be any claims for damage or lost items, you are required to file a claim with the courier company and not Kinky Matters. 


Deliveries outside Ghana are handled by a third party courier company.

Payment Policy

We accept various methods of payment and work to ensure that you find one that's suitable to your needs. Here's a list of our acceptable payment methods : Credit/ Debit cards(these are processed by a third party, on very secure servers), Cash on Delivery, MTN Mobile Money.


Our distributors and stockist operate independently of us. If you have any queries about an order you made through them, you must contact them directly through the platform you purchased from.
